Our story

There are 60 million Hispanic Americans in the United States — and the way most brands speak to them is broken.

EB Management was built to fix that. We're a cross-border talent and influencer agency representing 20+ creators — from Marko and Hannah Stocking to Lele Pons and La Segura — with a combined audience of more than 300 million followers.

From our offices in Miami, Mexico City, Bogotá, Madrid, and Caracas we run the entire campaign lifecycle: research, creator selection, content production, brand approvals, and reporting. Same process for a $4K activation or a $200K brand ambassadorship.

The result: brands that finally talk to the Latin audience the way the Latin audience actually speaks.

What we believe

Four principles that show up in every campaign.

01

Culture isn't a translation layer.

A Spanish-language version of your US campaign isn't a Hispanic strategy. We build for the audience first — language follows.

02

Reach is a vanity metric.

We report on lift, CPM, and sell-through. If a 200K creator beats a 5M creator on conversion, that's the right call.

03

The creator is the medium.

We protect creator voice — because the audience is following them, not the brand. Our brief is a guardrail, not a script.

04

Speed compounds.

The Netflix Wednesday campaign went live in 72 hours. We are built to move fast without sacrificing approvals or accuracy.

Leadership

Founded and led by Esther Beniflah.

Esther Beniflah is a co-founder and the public face of EB Management. She built the agency to connect US brands with the Latin creators their audiences already follow — long before "multicultural marketing" became a category in every brand's media plan.

Esther leads talent relationships, brand partnerships, and the day-to-day operation of the agency across five offices.
